For private dining with a difference, whether it's a special celebration, a corporate dinner or a group of food lovers. Colborne Lane offers the highest level of dining and service along with unique culinary experiences. Specifically tailored degustation style menus are created for each event and our staff can advise of matching wines to accompany each course.
The Kitchen Table
Located in a private room at one end of the kitchen, the Kitchen Table is the ultimate experience for guests wishing to be a part of the kitchen theatre. Suitable for between four and six guests, the table offers an unobstructed view of the kitchen and interaction with the chefs during the meal. The menu is a fifteen course culinary journey! ($150 per person - food only).
Park Lane Room
Our new private dining room located on the lower level of the restaurant, this room features an intimate setting with a custom made mother of pearl inlaid boardroom style table. Menus start at $55 per person for lunch (food only) and $100 per person for dinner (food only) and can be custom tailored to suit your group's needs. Wines can be matched to accompany each course or can be pre-selected. Pre dinner drinks and mineral water are charged on consumption.
The Floating Harvest Table
Accommodating semi-private dining for up to 16 guests on one long table suspended between 100-year-old douglas fir beams, this table is the feature of the main dining room. A set four-course dinner menu is required for this table, also available with matching wines; pre dinner drinks and mineral water will be charged on consumption. ($75 per person - food only).
Exclusive Venue Hire
For a truly impressive event, Colborne Lane is available for exclusive venue hire. The entire venue can also be the perfect intimate space for up to 45 for small weddings or events on Sundays.
